LOGISTICS - WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • One 60-90 minute group call per week (10 total, includes teaching + group coaching)

  • Worksheets to practice and implement the tools learned in teaching modules

  • A private community to stay connected with group members outside of call times

  • An accountability partner to connect deeper with 1:1

  • Surprise guest speaker(s)

  • Lifetime access to session recordings + all resources

ABOUT RHAYA LYNN

With over 7 years of educational and clinical experience in Mental Health, with Rhaya Lynn you're in well-equipped hands. Rhaya brings her warm and empathic approach to provide you with the perfect setting to facilitate transformation. 

Rhaya's approach bridges the east and the west, combining the traditional western medical model with holistic and alternative practices to create lasting change.

Rhaya earned her Master of Occupational Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, formerly working in the public and private sectors of mental health and addiction. She holds further certifications as a counsellor and mindfulness practitioner, and works on both conscious and unconscious levels to facilitate powerful, lasting change. She is grounded in evidence-based methods of changing limiting core beliefs and less desirable habits.
