As a therapist Rhaya supports you to identify behaviours and thought patterns that maintain distress - and change them. You will uncover blind spots and confront the true source of dis-ease and limiting patterns/beliefs in your life as well as enhance your relationship to self and others.
Sessions will Rhaya encompass a strengths-based and person-centred approach that is rooted in evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), compassion focused therapy (CFT), positive psychology, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
Areas of specialty: addiction, anxiety, burn out, codependency, depression, substance use, and suicidal ideation.
Weekly or 2x weekly 60 minute calls
Messaging support to receive support in between sessions
Worksheets to practice and implement the tools learned in teaching modules
